Refund policy
RETURNS
We have a 14 day return policy. We will not be able to do a refund or exchange after 14 days have passed since the purchase date.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in it’s original packaging. You will also need your original proof of purchase.
Some types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as Gift Cards, food items, health and personal care items, custom items, essential oils and sale items.
To start a return, you can contact us at bluedandelionstores@gmail.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We will give you the shipping address to send your item to. You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the shipping will be deducted from your refund.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and if it is approved or declined for you refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. If you are shipping an item values over 50.00, we suggest you consider using a trackable shipping method or shipping insurance.
